The establishment of Motivation Education and Career School (MECS) represents a significant expansion of the Motivation Foundation’s proven success in supporting disengaged young people. As a registered Curriculum and Re-engagement in Education (CaRE) School, MECS is uniquely positioned to engage and support students who have become disconnected from traditional education pathways, providing opportunities for academic achievement, nationally recognised vocational qualifications, and meaningful employment outcomes.

MECS builds on the Foundation’s successful programs by delivering an education model that combines academic learning with industry-based training. Students gain access to nationally accredited VET qualifications in Civil Construction, Resources, and Infrastructure, developing practical, industry-relevant skills that create clear pathways into high-demand and rewarding careers across the civil construction, infrastructure, and mining sectors.

As a CaRE school, MECS provides a comprehensive student support framework designed to meet the diverse and often complex needs of its students.
